The EPS-TOPIK UBT (Employment Permit System – Test of Proficiency in Korean, Ubiquitous-Based Test) is a Korean language proficiency test specifically designed for foreign workers who wish to work in South Korea under the Employment Permit System (EPS). The test is overseen by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL).
